My prices below vary depending on the complexity of your case and the amount of time needed to complete the tasks. I also take into account if you are on a fixed income, disabled, or a start-up company. In times like the start of Covid-19, I also started taking into account financial hardships and deferring fees until the hardship eased.
Services
Tax Preparation
I offer both business and personal tax preparation. Business returns start at $175 and vary depending on structure and size. Personal returns start at $125 and only change depending on if there is self employment attached.
Bookeeping
I offer both full serviced and partial service bookkeeping. I cater to your own personal needs and comfort levels and price accordingly.
Consulting
Make use of my 16 years (and counting) of knowledge in many industries including, agriculture, ranching, manufacturing, real estate, property management, service industries, restaurants, construction (union and non-union), and many more. My rates range from $35/ hour to $50/hour depending on the depth and style of consulting.
Payroll & HR Services
I offer both full service and partial service payroll and HR services. This means that whether I do payroll start to finish or I am just sending over the totals, you will always get what you need done how you prefer it.
Fiscal Forecasting
I offer budgeting and forecasting services as well as pro forma returns and estimated payment calculations for both the IRS and state of your residence. Knowing your situation helps you plan for the future. I range from $35/hour to $50/hour depending on the nature of the work.
Reconciliations
Don't need any entry work? Just need someone to make sure everything is running smooth? I offer that too at reasonable rates. If all you need is a second set of eyes, I'll provide them without breaking the bank.
Notary Services
I offer mobile notary services, which I charge $20 for the first signature and $15 per signature after that.
Real Estate Services
I offer both full service and partial service payroll and HR services. This means that whether I do payroll start to finish or I am just sending over the totals, you will always get what you need done how you prefer it.
